Tell a trusted adult
If you have experienced sexual abuse/sexual violence in the past or if you are experiencing it now, we advise you to seek help as soon as possible.
You can turn for help to an adult you trust – your trusted person. This is an adult you can rely on, who you get along with, who supports you and will be ready to help you, e.g.: mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, neighbor (female or male), the parent of your peer, a teacher at your school, or a school counselor.
