SOS HELPLINE is a 24-hour confidential phone line for women and children – victims of domestic and intimate partner violence, where you can reach out for help, support, information about any type of violence, forms of assistance, your rights, and institutional obligations.
Calls to the SOS telephone are free of charge.

Psychosocial Counseling and Support
We offer free individual psychosocial counseling, assistance from a psychotherapist, social advocacy, accompaniment to institutional appointments, and opportunities to join support groups. These services are available to women and children who are currently experiencing or have experienced domestic violence or sexual abuse.

Even when you are unable to call, we are here for you through our online chat service.
You can chat with us every Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. To access the chat, simply click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of our website.
The chat is intended for brief counselling, information, and guidance to appropriate support services for anyone experiencing or witnessing domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or other forms of interpersonal violence.

REPORTING VIOLENCE
You can report domestic or intimate partner violence to the competent state authorities in person, by phone, or by email. Organizations are obliged to accept and handle even anonymous reports.
